Terms of Service

By creating an account, installing CastKey, or using a CastKey service, you agree to this document and the linked privacy, cookie, refund, and acceptable-use policies.

You are responsible for accurate account details, protecting credentials, approving only your own USB/ADB devices, and promptly revoking a lost or unknown device. CastKey may require server verification before pairing.

CastKey provides independent Windows and Android OTG apps with local keymap editing and input control. Both use the same website account and server-verified Pro entitlement. Each app manages its own permissions, sessions, and local profiles; cloud keymaps can be imported manually.

Gameplay video, raw keystrokes, mouse events, and touch coordinates are designed to stay on the paired local path; account, pairing, entitlement, security, and diagnostic metadata may be processed server-side as described in the Privacy Policy.

Pro entitlement is authoritative only when verified by the CastKey server. Client-side flags, modified local storage, or an unverified license string do not unlock Pro. Device-change limits and infrastructure support terms apply.

Do not bypass authentication, abuse pairing, reverse engineer protected services, distribute malware, interfere with another user, or use CastKey to violate a game, platform, or applicable law.

CastKey branding, software binaries, product design, documentation, and server infrastructure are proprietary assets protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal gaming; they do not transfer ownership.

We may update features, security controls, supported versions, or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the website; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, unpaid charges, security risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through support.

CastKey is provided subject to supported-environment limitations. We are not responsible for unsupported devices, game policy violations, data loss caused by user actions, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

For legal or account questions, contact support@castkey.site. Keep your supporter key, account email, device name, and relevant request ID when contacting support.
