Guides & Help Center
Setup guidance for Windows USB and independent Android OTG, with troubleshooting.
Windows uses ADB over USB to mirror and control a phone. The independent Android app connects an OTG keyboard and mouse directly, without a PC. Both apps share the website account and server-verified Pro entitlement; Windows Pro requires online capability renewal.
Brand-Specific Setup (100% Verified)
Go to Settings > About Phone. Tap 'OS Version' (HyperOS) or 'MIUI Version' (MIUI) continuously 7 times until the notification 'You are now a developer' appears.
Go to Settings > Additional Settings > Developer Options.
1. Toggle ON USB Debugging.
2. Toggle ON USB Debugging (Security settings).
Scroll to the bottom of Developer Options. Turn OFF Turn on MIUI / HyperOS optimization if input feels delayed or lagging.
Open Settings > About Phone > Software Information. Tap Build Number 7 times continuously until Developer Options is enabled. Enter your PIN or pattern if prompted.
Return to Settings > Developer Options. Toggle ON USB Debugging and tap OK on the prompt.
Plug the USB cable into your PC. On your Samsung phone, pull down the notification shade and select Transferring Files / Android Auto (MTP). Check 'Always allow from this computer' on the debugging prompt.
Open Settings > About Device > Version. Tap Build Number 7 times continuously.
Go to Settings > System Settings (or Additional Settings) > Developer Options. Toggle ON USB Debugging.
Go to Settings > System Settings (or Additional Settings). Toggle ON OTG Connection. If not enabled, OPPO and Realme will automatically terminate external USB communication after 10 minutes.
Open Settings > System Management (or About Phone) > Software Information. Tap Software Version 7 times continuously.
Go to Settings > Developer Options. Toggle ON USB Debugging and toggle ON USB Input / Simulated Input to allow mouse control.
Go to Settings > Battery > Background Power Consumption Management. Find CastKey and choose 'Don't restrict background power usage' to prevent system kills during gameplay.
3 Simple Steps to Connect & Play
Plug a high-speed data transfer cable from your phone into your PC. Rear motherboard USB 3.0 ports are recommended for optimal stability.
On your Android device, open Settings > Developer Options and toggle USB Debugging ON. Check 'Always allow from this computer' on prompt.
Open CastKey on Windows. Your device connects automatically with 1000Hz polling rate and ultra-low input latency ready for gaming.
Troubleshooting & Key Solutions
2. Switch Ports: Plug directly into rear motherboard USB 3.0 ports rather than loose front-panel hubs.
3. Allow Authorization: Unlock your phone screen, select File Transfer (MTP) mode, and tap Allow on the USB debugging prompt.
2. Drag and drop aim locks, triggers, and skills to match your game layout.
3. Click Save and press F1 again to lock your cursor and shoot with precision.
